Facilities across Illinois State University have adjusted hours to comply with ongoing CDC guidelines and recommendations due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Illinois State is taking these measures to continue serving the campus community while taking decisive steps to promote health, safety, and security during this extraordinary circumstance.

If a group wishes to reserve a facility or space outside of the listed hours, please submit a formal request.
We are open 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. with a minimal staff in Hovey Hall. The Atrium will remain closed.
We've received registered visitors at the Bone Student Center in groups of 10 or fewer for Quad tours. These guests are not brought into The Atrium unless inclement weather necessitates the presentation of a virtual tour indoors. In the event guests need to come inside the building, we will abide by social distancing and face covering guidelines.
All Admissions spaces are open and staffed. The plan for limited tours will continue until we progress into a new stage and under the direction of the Governor's office. Admissions staff members remain available to assist prospective students and parents with any questions during regular working hours at (309) 438-2181 or Admissions@IllinoisState.edu.

The office of International Admissions will be open with limited staffing Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Financial Aid is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Staff may be reached by email at FinancialAid@IllinoisState.edu or (309) 438-2231.
The Bone Student Center is open for the following hours of operation:
Monday–Friday: 7 a.m.–11 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m.–11 p.m.
Illinois State's Human Resources office will be open and staffed from 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. We would generally advise if possible to call for appointments ahead by phone at (309) 438-8311 or reach out directly to a specific resource. We will be trying to do as much business digitally and distanced during this time.
Operating under access control. Will remain closed until staff return.
Milner Library's physical building will close to walk in patrons beginning Tuesday, September 8 and transition to access by appointment as well as virtual services. Curbside pickup, delivery via campus mail, virtual reference assistance, and electronic resources all remain available. Access to the building is available by appointment Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments can be arranged by contacting your subject librarian. Please contact Milner staff with any questions.
