Visual cues (e.g., floor decals and signs) have been designed for the campus community to utilize. These signs should be printed and posted in visible places to ensure consistency across campus. Professional signage printing and poster-size are available to departments through University Marketing and Communications.
Floor decals or tape should be placed on the floor as a reminder for the campus community to maintain social distancing. For instance, cues may indicate "line starts here", "wait here" and additional 6-foot intervals. Tape will need to be utilized until the floor decals are made available.
Facilities Management, University Marketing and Communications and the Division of Student Affairs have partnered to create an Illinois State floor decal that will be available for departments in July. More information will be provided to departments regarding how to access decals.
Signs should be posted in high traffic areas (e.g., reception area, conference room, breakroom, etc.) to remind the campus community on proper social distancing and personal hygiene practices. The following links to signs are encouraged to be utilized in individual areas:
The fliers linked to below are available to print on your department printers.
