The CDC recommendation is for close contacts to wear a high quality mask for 10 days and get tested on day 5. If you develop symptoms at anytime, get tested and stay home.
Continue taking precautions through day 10.
Continue to wear a high-quality mask when around others at home and indoors in public as you can still develop COVID-19 up to 10 days after you have been exposed.
Isolate immediately and follow the COVID-19 isolation guidelines found on the Coronavirus website.
Please monitor for development of the following symptoms – fever, chills, cough, difficulty breathing, fatigue, body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting and diarrhea.
